There are a number of programs that websites employee to help in website development. All websites at the minimum have log files that can be viewed to get some relevant information about website usage. This site uses a couple of analytical programs to help in evaluating the same information that can be found in the log files. These programs collect information such as time of visit,IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring websites such as, the keywords searched in the search engines or a link from another website.
